Plastics Mold Making

We make molds to perform plastics injection, blow and extrusion.

Customer's 3-D drawings will help us to offer quotes in the shortest time, on both tooling and piece price. We suggest pertinent adjustments for design shortcomings, to avoid production difficulty or inferior quality. Qualified tooling will result in fluent production at as reasonable costs as possible.

For plane drawings, to quote precisely especially on product piece price, we ourselves have to work out the 3-D drawings first. The 3-D drawings will be presented for customer reference.This way, we can also help customers finalize designs.

We suggest mould core steel type and cavities according to product material and order volume.The best balance is to maintain quality at reasonable costs.

For each set of moulds completed, we prepare detailed descriptions and drawings for customers' document.
